These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PingGM Store and the purchase of digital software licenses and activation keys.

Orders may only be placed by providing accurate and complete information during checkout, including the email address where your key should be delivered. If you notice a mistake before your key is delivered, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including cryptocurrency payment services. PingGM Store does not store your payment details. Prices shown do not include blockchain or network fees charged by payment providers.

Orders are fulfilled manually after your payment is confirmed. License keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, usually within 1 hour of payment confirmation. Delivery may take longer if a payment needs extra verification, or if your email provider filters our message.

Delivered license keys are digital products and are not refundable. If a key does not activate, our support team will help you, and we will replace a key that is confirmed to be faulty. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, incorrect listings, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, before a key is delivered, we will contact you to return your payment.

PingGM Store actively monitors transactions for fraud. We may request additional verification, cancel suspicious orders, or restrict purchases where necessary.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online transmission is completely secure. Payment processing is handled via encrypted third-party providers.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with trusted service providers solely for transaction processing and fraud prevention.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PingGM Store shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or digital product purchases.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if these terms are breached, payments fail, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
