Refund & Return Policy

If you experience any issues with a product or activation code, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation and relevant screenshots. Some cases may take a few business days to resolve while we coordinate with our suppliers.

If an activation code is confirmed to be faulty, invalid, or non-functional, you may choose either a replacement code or a full refund. We guarantee that you will receive a working code or your money back.

Once a digital game or software license key has been delivered and activated, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable. If issues occur after activation, we will assist where possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders suspected of being fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically.

If you need to cancel or modify an order before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible. A small processing or network fee may apply due to payment provider charges, especially for changes caused by ordering errors or change of mind.

Once a code has been delivered and successfully activated, the order cannot be canceled, as the license becomes permanently linked to your account.

Refunds are not issued based on personal preference once a license key has been activated. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds for pre-ordered products are available only before the activation code is delivered. This policy helps prevent pre-order abuse and fraud.

If a refund is approved for reasons not related to our error, such as voluntary order cancellation, we will still cover applicable cancellation fees where possible.
