Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information PingGM Store (store.pinggm.com), operated by PingGM, collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. For questions, email [email protected].

• Account details: your email address, and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. If you sign in with a wallet, your wallet address.
• Order details: the products you buy, prices, the delivery email you enter at checkout, the payment method, and payment references such as your paying wallet address, blockchain transaction hashes, or NOWPayments payment IDs.
• Support messages: what you send through the support form, including your email and any attached screenshots or PDFs. These are emailed to our support inbox.
• Reviews: if you post a product review, your display name, rating and comment are shown publicly.
• Usage data: analytics about how the store is used (see "Analytics" below).

We use your information to process and verify payments, deliver license keys, send order and sign-in emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it.

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. They load on every page of the store without asking for consent first, and set analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) when the page loads. They receive page views, product and checkout events, the sign-in method you use, and our internal order reference when a purchase completes. We do not send your name, email address or wallet address to analytics, and we remove email and wallet details from error messages before they are sent. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a content blocker; see our Cookies Policy.

We share data only with the services that run the store:

• Supabase: hosts our database.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Google: Google sign-in, and Google Tag Manager and Analytics.
• Cloudflare: website security and performance, and Turnstile bot protection on the support form.
• NOWPayments: processes payments made in other cryptocurrencies.
• WalletConnect and Coinbase Wallet: connect your wallet when you sign in or pay with a wallet.
• Coinbase price API and public Base network nodes: provide the ETH price and check payments on the Base network.
• Tawk.to: live chat, loaded on store pages so you can reach us at any time.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Payments made with ETH on the Base network are recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can see the sending wallet, the amount and the transaction, and these records cannot be changed or deleted by us.

We never ask for or store wallet private keys, seed phrases or card details. Payments go directly from your wallet, or through NOWPayments.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as long as we need them for support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data we are not required to keep, by emailing [email protected]. If you signed in with a wallet, you can add an email address from your account page.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no online transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
